"Short hike to overlook, not handicap accessible. Great view of the dam. Was very windy when we visited."

· Page, ABD"Drive to the parking area and can book tour at location. Not handicap accessible, has stairs and some slippery trails. Not as crowded as Upper Canyon as tour goes only one direction."
