Paul Farrell: Cafe/restaurant have changed hands, but stumbled upon it again today and a set menu for Bastille day. St. Jacques and water chestnuts, Kingfish ceviche, Cassoulet and Chocolate fondant. Magnifique!
Paul Farrell: Yep it is the real deal folks. Different class of croissant in a nice minimalist setting. Alas no seats, so not great if you have family in tow, but well worth making a stop and grabbing take away.
Paul Farrell: Indomie Goreng Lobster is the special getting all the plaudits and soon to be a regular fixture on the menu. Great flavours and lots of lobster meat. Inchi Kabin (Nyonya chicken) was great too.
Paul Farrell: Much improved kitchen. Porchetta roll(milk bun) was really tasty with lovely slow roast pork & crackling. Special of minute steak & Cafe Paris butter also v good. Although I don't get chicken salt!
Paul Farrell: Great atmosphere. Mr. Kohinoor is a sprightly 90 yr old who'll spin the most wonderful tales. Oh & the food is great too. Chicken Berry & Mutton pulav, veg dhansak and Bombay duck followed by custard

Paul Farrell: Amazing breakfast. Macadamia smoked salmon, blood sausage and fresh toast will remain long in the atmosphere. Great atmosphere in the village too and take time to tour the ovens, deli and herb garden

Paul Farrell: Despite the mixed service, I've always had a fun filled night here. Good for groups and great sharing plated. Sea bass, prawns, lamb and mousakka all great.
Paul Farrell: Hotdog with Skagen & the meatballs were yum, but the Nothing Beets Chevre (goats cheese on sourdough with rocket, raw pear, beetroot, glazed walnuts & a drizzle of honey & balsamic) has to be ordered
Paul Farrell: Beautiful bar, counter made from left over wood from the undertaker and the lounge good for groups. Great stove. Pity about the TV being on.
