    O lobby e a fachada são bonitos, mas os quartos minúsculos. Os corredores são de carpetes velhos e fedidos e os atendentes mal educados. A única coisa boa é q está a uma quadra da Times Square.

    Very small rooms but I didn't come to NYC to hang out in the hotel. Nice staff and very clean.

    Recently rennovated. Sounds looks like an Express store. Staff friendly, but room wasn't ready for check in until 430 so we had to wait around for 1.5 he's before checking in...

    Renuvated Broadway Petite. Small room. Not much wider than single bed. Small "closet" w/ safe & 2 drawers. Dresses will bunch. Small bathroom w/ shower stall. Clean. Pricey, but nice location.

    The smallest, rudest hotel I've ever stayed at. Only benefit: proximity to Hell's Kitchen and Times Square. Design is disjointed; disinterested staff makes it worse.

    Our room had no towels, the radiator pipes were banging so loudly that we couldn't sleep, and the front desk was no help for either situation.

    Tiny rooms, but good location. Wi-Fi in the rooms is $15 per hour per device, which is ridiculous.

    There is a piano bar upstairs but they close at 11:30pm. Downstairs bar is expensive, but nice.
