Just joined a few days ago and I love this place. Affordable price and great facilities! It's clean, has a wide range of machines and rarely crowded. What more do you want?
Charles VTemmuz 4, 2011Try Diet-To-Go. Its a great way to supplement your exercise when you don't have time to cook or you don't know how to cook healthy. Its healthy, its fresh (not frozen), and tastes great!
I really like this gym. It's really close to my work and it's the best value as well.

Avoid rush hours to make the most of your time. It's quiet in early morning and later evening.

Was just acquired by Optimal - I hope that means they improve. I discontinued my membership because they had a lot of issues.
Join a different gym. This place is dirty (no paper towels!), poorly maintained (lots of things are boken lots of the time) and it smells bad.
