Never my first choice. While coffee is good & eco-conscious some of the staff tend to treat customers like coffee idiots.

Really unhelpful staff. I came in just at close so they couldn't serve me, but oddly they had no idea where other area coffee shops were. Really? You're not losing anything by telling me.
