Hit up Vino Volo terminal 2 for wine by the glass and bottle
Not sure what people are talking about but SFO is usually cheaper and BART goes straight there.. However this is a smaller airport so TSA is usually fast (on weekdays)

CitySolveAralık 27, 2011Need a good, reliable & CHEAP shuttle? Call my man Kool. 925.200.0917 or 510.228.2702. He was $20 cheaper than any other door to door shuttle service I called.
Easy flying out… baggage claim coming back is usually hectic
The food situation is currently abysmal due to renovations.
Surprisingly efficient and uncrowded...almost empty!
Cheaper flights and more selections on Southwest than flying into SFO. Faster BART ride into SF too
Baggage claim is a complete disaster, two monitors for each carrousel with just ads no flight info. Good luck finding your bag!
Bring sanitizing towels with you here. They need to clean this place!
The shuttle to the car rental location is like Mr Toad's Wild Ride! Liability waiting to happen.

Since Terminal 1 remodel, they lost the burrito place. So breakfast (at Chilis togo) stops at 10am. Plan accordingly if flying early.
They are re doing Terminal 1. It's an ugly mess. Maybe when it's done it will be nicer.
BEWARE!! "Eight Bar" across from Gate 9 does NOT give free refills on club soda -- but they won't tell you that until after they have refilled your glass. #RipOff
This place needs at least one decent bar. Seriously lacking on food and drink options.

Best airport in the Bay -- shorter lines, fewer delays, and often cheaper!
- There is a chilis in terminal 1 which connects after security to terminal 2 with less than a 3 minute stroll .... plus there is another people mover there! 11

Get a pretzel from Auntie Annie's near Southwest gate 26. Ask for lots of yellow mustard! Yum!
