"We lost all soup of our 60 Euro Pho because of cheap quality takeaway bowls... What a nightmare."

"Bring your own towels unless you wanna RENT them here for 4.5 Euro! We paid 92 Euro for cleaning fee and still we had to clean the room before leaving! Making bed, sorting garbage and all. Ridiculous!"

"The reception closed at 6 pm., so very inconvenient for someone who wanna have late check in. Staff not friendly or helpful. And watch out for cleaning fee, it's more expensive than the room itself!"
