The Wifi sucks! For a 5-star hotel, this must be the worst internet experience I have had out of the many hotel I've stayed at in Dubai. Forget about skypecalls, the wifi will disconnect automatically

Unprofessional front desk team asking for side payments to reserve or facilitate your booking.And when I complained to the management,I was shocked that they also need to be paid to solve your issue❗️

Very simple, nothing much in it. Also very far away from downtown and there's nothing interesting near to it... Not recommended

Nice hotel, but unfortunately far away from everything. Even metro... WiFi sucks and i have seen way better breakfasts in 5 star hotels.Room is OK and roomservice very good...
