Perfect pre-beach breakfast, or mid-afternoon snack. You can park at the convenience store up the road, the waitresses will help you.
Amazing place for sunset drinks. Not as douchey as it sounds. It's in a weird place, but just trust the GPS. It looks like an old motel from the outside. You need to Valet park, but it's worth it.
The whole neighborhood of Wynwood is all warehouses that are now art galleries. The Wynwood Walls are a dedicated Graffiti spot. It's a must see, and lots of drinks/eats nearby.
Outdoor club in Wynwood, that has pretty cool parties. I went on a Full Moon celebration, and it was actually a great time. Good music, good people, fun entertainment.
Good place for quick breakfast. Good coffee, food is ok. But if it's not too hot, it's great to sit outside, and easy to park.

Great beach. Drive up Collins Ave, park near 81st or 85th St park entrances. Parking meters everywhere, always easy. Usually uncrowded especially during weekdays.
Another beach option, a little further north. Near some of the hotels, just try to park anywhere in this 10block radius, and you can find areas to walk between the hotels to get to the beaches.
