If you have little ones, pack swim trunks, bathing suits, and towels in the summer. The geyser at Teton Trek and the fountain at the entrance are faborite places to splash!

If you're going to see Birds and Bees. They open at 10am and close at 4:45. Best time to go is in the morning when they're hungry.

HISTORYTemmuz 8, 2010This zoo was created in April of 1906. It is home to more than 3,500 animals and over 500 different species. The Overton Park has been a major tenant of the zoo for the past 100 years.
Be sure to get an annual membership. The zoo hosts the best members-only events throughout the year - don't get left out!

Buy a membership. It pays for itself after 3-4 visits! It's the best gift we get each year!!!
