Great views from the upper observation deck. Take the express elevators to 22, then the next elevator to 26. After that either stairs or another little elevator to the 27th floor outside deck.

Must see relic: the Olympic torch from the '84 games. Spring St entrance.
Make sure you come to council on tuesdays, wednesdays and fridays for public comment! It's your government!
