Jeremy PTemmuz 3, 2012Go LAX. Security in an airport the size of a shed in CA would seem easy. Wrong. Security/airport personnel were not on the same page in terms of policies which would have allowed an efficient process
The new terminal is gorgeous, and much easier to get to than LAX.

If you get here in 20 minutes, you still fly through security and be boarded in no time.
So much beter than LAX. If you can flight to LGB. Do yourself a favor and make it happen.
Note: if you hop in a cab to leave this airport and the driver doesn't know where Wardlow and Lakewood bl are, get out. Quickly.
Once you get out of security, go right if you're flying JetBlue and left if you're flying anything else.
Don't let the lady in charge of the TSA pre check line convince you that you can't take kids under 12 with you. Look it up - it's allowed
Great airport only 5 airlines jet blue is awesome, cheapest flight from sac to long beach
Small airport and you can be in and out in 10 mins or less
The food options are pretty good for such a small airport.

Snallish airport for easy on and off. No frills but then again do you really want a frilly airport?

This might be the coolest and easiest airport i have ever been to.

Where else can you check-in and go through TSA in under ten minutes? Best airport ever.
There is not better airport in the country. Just wish there were more direct flights.

the terminal has brought slower and longer security lines. Allow more time.
