Went the check in only to find out that my flight to Canada is delayed by 4 hours. What is there to do in this hell hole for 6 hours? Can't be bothered going back to central London. FML!

Gatwick charge you for wifi, they charge you for a luggage trolley, the toilets are filthy and the shopping is poor.

Apparenty they're working to improve it. What was wrong with it? I always thought it was a bloody good airport. Now it's a real mess!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Horribly slow baggage reclaim. Over 45 minute wait after landing. Gatwick needs to hire more personnel.
