Taxi tip. Never Ever take a taxi between Heathrow airport and Gatwick. Exorbitant price. Pure robbery. 160 £ .crazy.take the bus. Frequent service comfortable and MUCH cheaper.

Get there from Victoria Station. There you can find Gatwick Express desk and the ticket is over 15 pounds.

It’s too damn hot, and the gates so far. Consider bringing a change of shirts in your hand luggage, as you may get sweaty before even boarding. Awful airport

If staying at a local hotel the drop off bus stop for south terminal is much more accessible than the N terminal. Transfer to north via train shuttle

If going to Gatwick on British Rail you have to then get a shuttle train to the North Terminal.
