Location if your going to Universal parks is UNBEATABLE! The parks are practically your backyard.

$15 to self park, $30 to Valet for a day, $22 a day if your STAYING at the hotel. Can be validated at the hotel restaurants to make it $6 but there is a $20 minimum Only saving you $4! What a rip off!

Be sure to use the extra time in the morning to see Harry Potter-- it gets way crowded after the park opens! You can get in 1 hour early.

Front desk service was lame. I called ahead to have something done and still had to wait. Also my daughter's shoes went missing from the room. Found them 4 hours later w/ an explaination 1 day later.

For some reason our room hasn't been made up yet. It is 6:49 pm and I called at 4. Other than that, it is a nice resort

This hotel is actually a working temple to the Frog God Tsaguathoa, when you hear the flute and tympanum playing don't be caught intoxicated

They found my daughter's "piggy" and brought it right up to us! It made her day because she thought she lost it! UNBEATABLE STAFF! :)

Nice hotel but when you want to go back and clean up before dinner we kept having to leave for them to clean. Wish they'd clean the rooms earlier :/

If you want to send packages back to your hotel room from the parks; it doesn't get there until 10/11 am the next day.

Ask for a room in tower 1. It offers great views of the park, not the interstate.

Can't be horrible being all the perks of a universal resort hotel. However I wish our money went towards better rooms and bathrooms than to the lobby! Not my favorite resort
