TNisan 11, 2013If you live in Biella, plan on your power going out at least once a week with no warning. But at least you have the soothing sounds of sirens to listen to from the firetrucks going by every hour.
If you're a resident and something happens to you or your car while living at one of the complexes Living at Santa Monica manages... Beware. They'll ignore you, and you will need a lawyer.
Yuki is the best! She can hook you up with the best apartment downtown!- Worst management company ever!!!! The parking garage gate broke on top of my car, and now the manager, Dustin, won't return my calls or emails! Thank God for lawyers!
Daniel LunaEkim 7, 2013Almost a year here. Will NOT renew my lease. Horrible management. 20% increase in rent year to year. Elevator and hot water are out constantly. Like really frequently. Stay away.
