Large disorganized airport - fly in on a 777 -disembark via stairs to bus ? Often striking workers leads delays at security or immigration or lost luggage - great physical plant/ amenities however !
Wonderful hotel - old style but new rooms - get the free breakfast well worth it - great buffet - has a wonderful executive lounge - responsive staff ! Bravo !

Great healthy choices but you can be bad if you want to ! Kid friendly tv's for sports - favorite spot for lunch or brunch !!
Recently the departure area has been redone - looks great - easy in and out lines never long at Delta - only issue is food options all close after 6 pm - If flight is late or delays better eat first !
Great new barber shop in neighborhood - no appointments just go and hang out ! Never a problem !! Great haircuts are reasonable price !!
Love the food here ! Great service - one of our favorites on the Island ! Great for kids and adults ! Pasta , fish, veal all wonderful !!

Wonderful location - now that all meals are included I am sad to say good quality especially at lunch and dinner sub-par - but accommodations and staff lovely - just plan on eating out now and then !
Convenient ! Predictable - they have closes the concierge lounge however - - not having to drive to airport in am makes this place great -
Easy to move through although a paucity of food choices in the delta/United terminal - stop at the Dunkin Donuts first - maybe your best option for breakfast - Beer Garden makes a good egg scramble !!

Love the coffee but wish they would give you some milk not just half & half that is warm - typical HGI what you would expect - staff is great - near airport and shuttle on time - bedding at bit flimsy
Great airport north of city - connect to Atlanta and the world on Delta - nice people and easy in and out ! Good food choices and even a Brooks Brothers !
Great food choices - Wine too !! My tomato soup was perfect ! I might need to try the lamb meatballs next ! No soft drinks but they do have sparkling water - perfect stop before flight home !!!🍴🍷🍴
Nice older hotel in downtown Pittsburgh but my room was the smallest hotel room I have EVER stayed in ! Literally a bed and desk with no room to walk between the two ! They would not move me - beware
Love breakfast here ! The "UnHampton" our favorite spot for breakfast ! Parking easy in the morning - leisurely - relax and enjoy !!

Great beer list - awesome pizza and crowd at the bar friendly and talkative - right near the Hilton Garden Inn - easy walk !
Close to airport - great staff and nice bar/ Resturant - pool on top floor indoor only - no jacuzzi - gym nice size - Starbucks closed for training but they opened and alternative in lobby !
Great venue - amazing Lobby and excellent breakfast menu - surprising for a doubletree ! Would go back again anytime !!!
