Yoga is the purpose of uniting the mind, body, and spirit. In addition to practicing the poses, yoga classes include instruction on breathing, call and response, chanting and meditation. The physical practice of yoga becomes a gateway into a spiritual exploration.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements, be prepared to fully engage your core and lower extremity muscles. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are included free of charge in the class!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsuis a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo in the early 20th century. It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back by doing controlled movements using a range of apparatuses to guide and train the body.

Boxing is the training method that elite athletes use in order to get more build stamina, endurance, agility and strength. This training method is regarded as one of the most Spartan forms of conditioning. Strength training is the use of resistance to muscular contraction to build the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" to allow the user to work against their own body weight. Kettle Bells, unlike traditional dumbbells, center of mass is extended beyond the hand. This facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. By their nature, typical kettle bell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work.
