I disagree with staffing issues and St Jacques tower. As with any hotel during a busy check in time, bring your patience, and have a seat in the lobby. St Jacques tower directly accesses Old Montréal!
Roxanne at the bar is really friendly and she knows her stuff. Great free breakfast buffet for SPG Platinum members.

JeremyNisan 21, 2013Breakfast buffet is excellent, and free for SPG Platinum members. Club Lounge has a nice view, but they don't appear to serve food aside from granola bars and some fruit.
Super friendly service. Nice breakfast buffet for elite members.
Really nice hotel. The beds are nice & comfy, cool coffee maker (with Starbucks!) in the room, close to everything & check out the "glass bottom" pool!

The facility is pretty new and comfortable. Kim EdwardsMart 21, 2010Needs to work on the front desk. Not enough people to handle the needs. Room service and car service is great though. Nice location and decent rooms but pricey.- Want to earn an extra 1000 Starpoints? Decline housekeeping for a couple of days.
