Pro tip: If it's crowded and you can, do yourself a favor and get your bagels untoasted and the cream cheese (if you're getting it) separate. Saves you the wait time and the people around you.

Paul de LeonMart 1, 2019Almost every one I talked to mentioned Leo’s, so had to try. I got an onion bagel with a garlic/sun dried tomato cream cheese. When I asked for it toasted, them had said the bagels were still warm.
Possibly the best bagels in New York, so that's saying a lot. Whitefish salad on an everything bagel totally rocks.
CRUZiiiEAğustos 14, 2014One of my favorite places for a bagel. It's tiny inside, but the options are great! Staff can be... Ugh, "snippy"... At times. But a fresh bagel makes up for it.

These bagels are pretty great but the line can be completely ridiculous. Go after the morning rush, or just walk around the corner to the deli.

It is okay to get the tofu spread (scallions, too?) once in a while instead of the real big cream cheese. I used to eat the Orchard Street sandwich consistently, but I switched to just lox only. Alas
The toasted everything bagel with cream cheese is one of those miraculous bites of food.

So sad that Leo's has gone downhill....been a loyal customer since '07 ... ordered 100s of times. I place the same order every weekend, and 3x in a row, they omitted an item, the same sandwich.
They have a hard time getting orders straight but it's the only place in the area for breakfast on the weekend

Bagels are great. Egg sandwiches-not so much. They fry the egg like an omelette rather than break the yolk in pan, & it comes out kind of hockey pucky. They don't melt cheese either. Just get a bagel.
Rating this best NYC bagel, not sure why it never gets on the lists. They obviously never had their jalapeño cream cheese.

Best bagel place I've been able to find in FiDi. But why is it so dark and dank in there? They need to brighten up the place! Literally needs better lighting.
Best bagels in FiDi, hands down. Get any two-egg sandwich and you won't be disappointed
best bagel below Canal. Great for hangovers, but limited seating. Sit on the benches outside in the little park.
Boiled hand rolled everything bagel with scallion cream cheese 🥯 LOVE
bacon, egg and cheddar cheese on a sesame bagel - amazing to eat and fills you for most of the day. double win!
Very tasty (when they manage to make your order correctly). Best bagel option in FiDi.
