Very cool restaurant in a museum / archeological site. There are ancient pyramids built by the Incas right outside. Try to get a table with a view of the pyramids. amazing alpaca steak here.
Classic ceviche place. Don't leave Lima without trying it. It's in a neighborhood called Chorillos. Very casual and rustic.
Upscale contemporary Peruvian. Chef uses a lot of unusual, native ingredients, If you go to one very fancy place, I would recommend this over Astrid; it's a little more inventive.
