Rene LaAğustos 14, 2014Pop into whsmith once you clear customs to buy lebara prepaid for only 49kr which comes with 10kr credit. Buy additional airtime to buy their data bundles. 1gb for only 49kr - just text "1gb" to 5010.
Fast and efficient airport, baggage appears almost instantly. Don't bother with a Taxi to get to the city centre, trains are regular and super cheap (under 4 krone one way).
Excellent shopping and food in the main Concourse, no need to go to the lounges really.

One of my favorite airports. Great shopping, lots of space and easy access to Copenhagen and Malmö via train.

accessing wi-fi is tricker than needed. once you access CPH Hotspot - head to wifi.cph.dk first and then enter your email to log in!
Many great places to eat. Go to Lagkagehuset for quick breakfast and Espresso House for coffee.

Wear a suit when checking in (or try to look like a business traveller) to with almost 100% certainty be redirected to the fast track security line
Belt off, laptop out, look like you know what you are doing as you enter security & chances are you'll get fast tracked.

Kastrup Airport steals your money. Despite amble free spaces, you can't access "budget" parking at 100 DKK day without a reservation. This forces you to park at 200 DKK a day.

Free 1hr wifi when registering your email. Make sure to use an email address you can access on your mobile because you have to confirm registration to get 1hr free
Buy yourself bottle of water or can of soda for 14kr at the duty free shop just behind the security. Cheapest option!

I can never get to connect to the WiFi. But it's a super modern airport with lots of shops it's like a shopping mall.
If you fly Ryanair to London go there earlier their gate is at the far end of the terminal and takes a long time to walk there
Clean airport, you can also see little mermaid when you walk out
You can love this airport only for 2 Starbucks in it. And a lot of stores like Hugo or h&m to Pandora and Prada. Fat free wi-fi.
AylinAğustos 23, 2014Lockers are at P4 (opposite of the terminal 2). You can pay with danish coins 50/75 DKK or credit cards.- Queuing still a bit in its infancy here. Also, use their plastic bags. Even if you've brought your own.
