The bed was really good !! The room was clean, no mini-bar.great bar with an amazig with the tank 7 beer !!! close to the KC Country Plaza

See April in the concierge lounge on the 19th floor if you're a Gold or Platinum Elite member. She's the best!
If you're going to be staying for along while, ask if you can get a special rate for the internet.

Tip the bellmen well for a temp valet and they wont charge you!

Aly FunkEylül 5, 2010Small rooms! Not impressed. AC wasn't working (room was 80 after we turned it lowest pos) they did fix it but Now we are waiting for it to cool. Got this at 60-70% off on priceline. Stay at Sheraton!
The WiFi here sucks. Constant connection drops. Use a phone hotspot if you have it--or stay at a different hotel.
Try not to steal the comforters...yes, they are that comfortable.
