This is a controversial opinion but for a better slice keep walking up to Bleecker Street Pizza. Otherwise just turn the corner and get a dollar slice by the subway.

Probably the best pizza in New York City, possible the world.

Don't mess around. Large plain pie is the epitome of pizza.
This joint is so overrated that it's somehow become underrated. That being said, this place serves a solid classic NYC pie.
