"I use to love this place, but now they try to run you to death by handing out the crab legs two clusters at a time. As my daughter said, I pay for all you can eat not all you can serve.."

"For the price this hotel isn't worth it. Have stayed in nicer hotels in the Hagerstown are for much less. Room was ok, but toilet wouldn't flush half the time!! Door to the room kept sticking."
