There is a bit of a queue so not too many people are inside at the same time, but the long room is worth the wait.
It's just a ruin, the outer and inner walls are still standing, and you're free to stumble around in them.
The Upper Diamond route is beautiful and well marked. It took us about three hours including breaks. Beautiful sights all they way, but the midges are extremely annoying when there is no wind.
