This is my favorite yoga studio in the city. Spiritual and physically challenging. Each teacher has a unique style, and I've never been to a bad class here. One of my happy places! Namaste 🙏

Hour of Power with Lindsey on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:15am--challenging but still balanced classes and the perfect way to start the day.
Int/adv is too advanced, beg/int is too beginner, int is too intermediate. Sometimes a girl needs her porridge juuuuust right. That said, Peter has one of the most soothing voices ever!

Start your weekend right with meditation Saturday mornings here. Highly recommended.- Open level is more akin to level 3. Something to consider when one hasn't yoga'd in over a year and decides to tack it on after trampolining.
