Loved the downstairs restaurant Caroline's. Bread Pudding to live for.

This is hands down the best Hotel in Dubuque. Skip the down stairs resturaunt, food and service is not great. The do have a good spa.
Amanda is the greatest! She won't let you down! I promise! She is always on top of her game!
Dont stay in the rooms facing the river, a train comes through town every night after 1am and you'll hear it.
