Great location, friendly staffs and nice bed, this is one of the best hotel in Montreal.

Good, spacious rooms. The breakfast is a free for all but there's places near by (Adonis, Starbucks). Great service from hotel desk.

Don't expect quick service when there's a line up at front desk or the elevators. They usually only have one person at front desk. The rooftop pool on the penthouse has a great view.

Convenient location but it feels like an old apartment. Other Residence Inn's I've stayed in generally have open concepts which are much more roomier/comfortable in general.

Good hotel quite, location is excellent, on the downside the elevators need a major update very slow and only two for the whole hotel

Edison @ the Front desk is hands down the nicest hotel representative I have ever met. I had a hellish day of travel and he completely turned my frown upside down just with plain kindness.

Edwin at the front desk is the shit! I arrived after a horribly long train ride, and his kindness turned my frown upside down. What a great guy.

Employees are all friendly. The wifi is something worse than horrible, mainly at night.

Old hotel that needs some updates. Lifts are super slow and stinky since they transport garbage in them.
