    Next morning general manager Mike was extrememly apologetic and compensated us appropriately. Suite "was not ready" for us. Will stay here again.

    Room was musty and could have been cleaner. Front desk polote and efficient.

    Front desk is horribly rude to its crew members who stay here. Hotel seems mostly clean and well kept.
