Classy and delicious. Oysters are some of the finest in the city and the selection is superb. Not inexpensive though. Wait list can pile up, so grab a beverage at the bar before you step in line.

Sweetwaters are the best. Full bodied and buttery. I'm an oyster snob too. And they're the cheapest. The bread is pretty great too.
