Make sure you have a MiFi or some way of accessing the internet because there's virtually none here (especially if you're in a far room). New renovations are nice, but improved WiFi is a MUST!!!
Room service is great. The restaurant menu has a great selection of items & the bar happy hour is awesome!
Take the free shuttle to park ridge train station, get off at seacacus, transfer to train going to Penn station, drops you right outside of madison sq gardens. $10 each way, just check the train times- Nicklebys Bar & Lounge on Sunday has 8 great TVs and has all NFL games order the truffle Mac & cheese balls

Ricky MellinoMart 19, 2013Cell reception in the rooms isn't the best, dropped many calls from practically anywhere in my room.- restaurant and bar are under renovation. New bar and restaurant coming soon!
- Oven baked pizza for lunch and glass of canyon road wine :) thanks for quick lunch!
Debbie ConoverAğustos 24, 2013Reiterating what all other comments have been....wifi service is terrible! You definitely could not do work requiring a network in your room. Would not stay here for business.
The shuttle usually doesn't run on weekends. However, the staff is kind enough to help you out if possible
