If your room faces the amusement park you may hear screams into the evening. But don't worry, it closes at 10pm.

jon accarrinoMayıs 8, 2013Bar staff is rude and unfocused on customer service. We had a business lunch meeting with 6 people but they wouldn't let us use an empty "tea time" table that no one ever used that afternoon. Lame.
complain all you want in this hotel, nothing changes. Best hotel in Liverpool with the worst managed staff
