They’ll even drive you personally to the airport, so you don’t have to wait for the bus... only location I’ve ever found that does this

Renee GEylül 21, 2012Agree that they are friendly but slow. Also seemed to be a disconnect between Gold and downstairs as when I got up there someone else was driving off in the car they gave me. They fixed it in minutes.
I want to love Hertz, but they make it hard sometimes.

If a GOLD, don't be afraid to ask for a Free upgrade if you don't like the car selected.

EricaKasım 28, 2013Don't even think about renting a car here..Many better options that I've used here. Made a reservation and they don't have any cars available. Called customer service line and not helpful either.
- Next to SFO, the worst Hertz location ever. Gold or not, do not expect customer service of any sort.
