If you're flying United, it doesn't matter how early your flight is. Don't bother getting to the airport before 4am. You will watch the line grow with not a single united rep in sight.

This is a very disorganized airport. If you are flying domestic overnight from terminal 1, beware. After 9:30 pm they close the security lines for gates C directing everyone to the further gate D

It's a *long* walk from ticketing to most gates, so leave plenty of time to make your flight. Rental car drop-off to Terminal 1 requires *two* shuttle rides.

I highly recommend the opt-out with a free pat down. It's pretty relaxing and TSA agents hate doing them. ;)

If you're heading to the strip, ask them to take the strip (not the back highway) if it's not super-crowded and get charged half the fare. If they ask you to go the "quick way" it's more expensive.

O aeroporto parece pequeno, mas engana! Se você for devolver um carro alugado vá com certa antecedência, pois fica a 10 minutos dos terminais A e C!

Just a regular mid sized airport. Terminals are disconnected and you need to hop on a bus to get to another one - quite some wait times
