Love this new modern Vietnamese addition to the hood. Start with papaya salad and spring rolls, then move onto pho and beef stew. Tasty house hot sauce! Everything was delic, I loved the interior too.
Hailey NguyenŞubat 19, 2017Pho bac (northern pho) is quite authentic - the broth tastes quite close to what you can get in Hanoi, which is hard to find in America. The only downside is that it is quite oily.

- Easily a fave neighborhood spot. Papaya + pig ear salad or spring rolls, beef pho, but most importantly, shaking beef is a revelation. Pro tip: dump your extra rice into the sauce at the end. 🤤

as a vietnamese person constantly searching for good vietnamese food in the city, this place is worth it despite constant long waits. pho bac and bun cha are my top picks here.
The beef pho + add-on oxtails is delicious. Skip the summer rolls.
