If you arrive before 9am on Saturdays you can get in and out with ease as the crowds aren't overwhelming. Love, love, Love the market!
Go here to support local businesses! Fresh fruit and veg, locally produced milk and cheese... delicious baked goods and lots of crafts! There is even awesome NS entertainment :)

If you have to choose between a Jamaican patty or a Cornish pasty (situated next to each other), go with the Cornish. The Jamaican party's have a long way to go in taste and authenticity.

Make sure to bring cash with you! If you forget, use the ATM on the second floor near the elevator. There is rarely a line-up on Sat mornings.

One of my favourite places in Halifax. Try the coffee upstairs.

literally the best thing about Halifax. whether you're a local or a tourist, this is a must.
There's an older gentleman near the south entrance who sells soy-based dips called Soya Maze. Delicious!
Ask folks at Getaway Farm to custom cut your short ribs & everything else
