A gem in a great location, loved the outdoor garden (3rd floor) reminded me of a mini High Line. Pop around the corner to Cafe Claude for authentic French cuisine.

It is stylish and friendly. It retains old San Francisco early 20th century charm with midcentury modern furnishings. Room has great use of small space and the person who decorated has great taste...

Beautiful downtown San Francisco hotel. Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are clean and has a 3rd floor small walking track. Wine hour at 5:30!

Need a tip for dinner? Go one block north to Bush street and turn right. Then, directly to the left is a small hidden alley (Belden Pl) with a couple of good restaurants. Such a nice place!

Lovely boutique hotel for a three night stay in SF. Free wi-fi, super friendly staff, clean & tidy hotel. A somewhat small room (but reasonably inexpensive). Room a little noisy but this is the city!

Visit the rooftop outdoor garden terrace and walking track to relax. It's the only hotel in San Francisco that offers a secret garden.

Rooms can be dark and dingy. You can only use wifi on 3 devices per day so watch out with your phones and laptops!

Good hotel, but $25 resort fee is a bit of a kick to the wallet, but still often cheaper than other hotels. Nespresso, 2x waters, reasonably well appointed rooms.

Service rocks. I stayed for 6 days and got outstanding attention. Kuddos for these guys, next time in SF I know what hotel I'm staying at.

Terrific location- close to Chinatown, BART, Moscone Convention, & public transport routes. Complimentary wine for guests each evening. Small rooms & tiny fitness center leaves some to be desired.

Room noisy, even on seventh floor, but that's because the location is so, so central - just a couple of blocks from Union Square and China Town. Terrace is lovely.

Nice room, good staff, great location. We never made it but apparently free beer and wine is served up every evening in the lobby area.

Friendly and efficient staff! Location is awesome--next to BART station, a few blocks away from Union Square and shops.

conflicted; clean room, nice space. but no restaurant and felt hotel was too expensive to not have complimentary water. also think in absence of restaurant honor bar should have been discounted.

Take the elevator to 3rd. Make a left and exit through the first door on your left onto the sun deck.

If you are with a car but don't need it then try the garage @ 150 Turk street. They only charge $15 night inc tax. The hotel charge around $40. Dodgy area but garage seems secure.
