Gaia works hard to give you a little of "la dolce vita" every time you visit and her prices are very reasonable.
Gaia Bagnasacco probably loves her job more than anyone I know. With Gaia Italian Cafe, she has given NYC a really special gift.

I never want this pesto parmesan salad to end...and gaia bakes her own brioches with nutella yowzaaa!
