FringeFoodFestival: Matt Wilkinson who set-up Pope Joan is a terrific chefs and cooked for us at our first truffle dinner at St Ali. Pope Joan does great coffee and our personal favourite is the bacon and egg roll.
FringeFoodFestival: Scotty who owns the Estelle cooked at our 2nd truffle dinner at St Ali and hosted our 3rd one. The charcuterie plate is superb. We'll be running lots more events with Scotty.
