AnnieNisan 9, 2013Fernando is such a nice guy, and terrific artist. I hate that every place in NYC has a $100 minimum for even a speck of a tattoo, but this place is worth it.
Jeb is the man! All a bunch of nice guys doing great art. Big fan! The hourly rate is what it is- tattoos are in demand- and any one of these guys are worth what they charge.
