Pistachio crusted goat cheese salad is INSANE. Roasted artichoke and Mac n cheese tart. Yummmmm

You need to eat the goat cheese salad and the roasted artichoke provencale!

Extra Virgin Chicken has to be my favourite dish, it's either that or the Sunday Special of Meatballs and Spaghetti.
