The food is awesome but they do move very slowly. So I’m going to ask if we can call in our order next time.

Bagels are good but you shouldnt have to wait in a 45 min line (this is New York City)!!!!!
Get there plenty early on weekend mornings, or be prepared to wait like an hour!

Long lines are inevitable. Definitely in the discussion for best bagel shop in the NYC.
