Chopped clam pie, wood fired octopus, shrimp Har Gow, and the cinnamon donuts with French press coffee. Everything was good; great service but place filled up quickly.
Great prices on pub food and a solid beer menu. Downside: some townie named Doug chatting up customers looking to prove that he’s “smart”.
I like the dim sum; taro balls, pineapple pork buns, and the beef turnovers are so good. Bitter melon with black beans, Peking pork chop, & the beef with black pepper off the regular menu are good too
I always get the cold dan dan noodles (among other things, like the pork bun and the tea ribs) and finish off the meal with the granita and the affogato. The cocktails are really fantastic here too.
Scallion pancake with beef, beef with longhorn pepper, the fried pork chop, and the bitter melon soup are all incredible here. Best value in Chinatown.
One of the best palak paneer in the city. Really good garlic naan and lamb vindaloo. Plus, they have Kingfisher.
My favorite place for soup dumplings (mini juicy buns). Great beef & longhorn peppers, also amazing in a bowl of noodles. Scallion pancake with beef is dope too. Whole fried fish is fantastic also.

Great empanadas, including the verde. I tried the arepa pernil too. Really good, really affordable (and filling) antojitos. Will return for entrees.
Usually I get the burger. Pretty decent, though they go a bit light on the fries. Good beer selection and drink specials.
I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years. I think I’ve had my hair cut by everyone in the shop, but these days I get my hair cut by Lou. Always a good haircut, a good price, and some good banter.
