Lovely vegetable au gratin! Chicken ceasar salad is also made to perfection. Found the fish and chips good too. But the downside was, it being cooked in fish oil. Therefore the funny taste.

I have managed to find chicken stock here. Which is very useful for cooking but very hard to find in India.
