Truffle egg pizza, cacio e pepe, and gnocchi were all excellent. But the faro salad may have been best of all.

Excellent. The ramen is great but the mazemen is phenomenal, ask waiter for rec of the day and obey unequivocally. Worth the wait, get a drink nearby at Bushwick Country Club.
Excellent. Flavors well executed but innovation on textures was what really got me. Seasonal menu so ask the waiters for recs, the staff was excellently trained. The souffles for desert are a must.
I'd say overall basically worth the hype. Soup and noodles are above average, but meat is spectacular, incredibly tender. Worth the line, it moves fast.
Radish cake is excellent. The 葱油饼 is quite good, almost compares to the OG places in Shanghai.
The semolina pinnochio is what's really good but the service that's that shit I don't like
