They have a proper squat rack downstairs and 3 flat benches
Fluffy towels and barbells are easy to slide on and off the bars. This gym is 3 floors and so nice!

Do yourselves a favor a take a Tracie Hendricks class. She hits the key areas in your body and does a super job at it! Gooo now!!
Least crowded time to go: Weekends before 9AM
Jeff VMart 27, 2014Bad salesmanship. If you don't buy an expensive pt package you won't get good service. Shame but too many gyms around for that behavior
