My favorite gym I have ever been a member of. Personal training is great, but start with all the classes - you get more that you pay for! See Autumn, Amanda & Chad - they're fantastic!

I just enrolled not even a whole week yet and I really love this place. Awesome equiptment Friendly people. I see former members of sport&health that joined and even their faces glows at nite in here.
The random fire drill class is a must partake in (it's a pretty large class) !
Diesel Monday nights and Zumba are definitely two of the most fun classes!
Take Esperonto's house class on Monday's and Sunday's. Amazing!!!
