If you're looking for the perfect place to relax while visiting Tampa, FL this hotel will bring you all the luxury needed to make your stay relaxing. Food is great, and rooms are extra big :) love it

Looks brand new, friendly valet, amazing customer service...they let me check in at 10:30am! Only downside, no fridge or microwave.

You can ask for a refrigerator in your room. Front desk service could be better. Old towels, noisy air cond. Weird noises from the toilet - make sure you closed the door before going to bed.

I've spent a month at this hotel. Front desk staff & valet guys & Carlos, the shuttle driver are great. Housekeeping is terrible! On the rare days they bother cleaning the room, room is still a mess.

Spending the night here for an interview at USF. Front desk staff was curt, didn't answer questions regarding shuttle service, and gave me the wrong info multiple times...

Smokers dominate the courtyard area outside including then pool and hot tub. If you are a nonsmoker its terrible. GM said "I can't control the wind". Really?!?

The parking meter spots out front are free from 10p until 8a. Get up early.

Don't try to turn on the heat, smoke alarm will go off and your room will smell like burnt hair for the rest of your stay.
