Great workout. Though I wouldn't falsely advertise you lose up to 1000 calories. It depends how hard and intense you work. They are also twice the price as other kickboxing classes. Usually pay 10
Burn 1000 calories or more in a workout. Nice, clean facilities. Great staff. Cheaper than a lot of places that offer the same workout.
Get there early to secure a spot and be prepared to walk out absolutely addicted
Get a bag first and *then* check in. Classes are awesome and therefore, popular. :)
Get there early for a bag and new comers beware if you get dirty looks from regulars it's only bc they want your bag. Ha.
Best total body workout ever!! I am so addicted to CKO!
